It opened today in Via dell’arcoveggio 58/60 a big tulip garden that people can visit to pick tulips. It sounds incredible but it’s true.

TuliPark is the first tulip nursery in Italy, and after being settle in Roma last year, it’s now the turn of Bologna with over 600,000 tulips in a total area of over 6 football fields.

How does it work?

Visitors can buy a bouquet with 3, 7, 20 or 50 tulips and go to the garden to pick their favorite flowers choosing between 105 different varieties. You don’t need shears or other tools to harvest your tulips but you can easily do it with your hands, all is explained at the entrance.
